The Lender is understood to be the organization who provides the applicant with mortgage funds.
The Applicant is understood to be any person or persons who authorise seniorscapital.com to contact any lender, broker or master broker in order to secure a mortgage on their behalf.
Our service is understood to be and refers to seniorscapital.com obtaining mortgage facilities that the applicant proceeds to accept and complete upon.
Broker or Master Broker is understood to be any organization or person acting as an agent between the applicant and the lender.
The fee or our fee is understood to be the charge seniorscapital.com makes to the applicant for our service. It is understood and agreed by the applicant that the fee becomes due and payable to seniorscapital.com forthwith on the date they draw down the mortgage facility. It is understood and agreed by the applicant that the fee is non returnable under any circumstances whatsoever. It is understood and agreed by the applicant that the mortgage facility will not proceed to completion without the signed and returned hard copy of our payment authority being received at our offices, Plaza de Espana, 2, Orba, 03790, Alicante, Spain.
Our Service is understood and agreed by the applicant to be when seniorscapital.com supply a mortgage offer from a lender, broker or master broker that proceeds to draw down and completion by the applicant.
It is understood and agreed by the applicant that seniorscapital.com will have completed their service to the applicant at the point that the applicant draws down and completes upon a mortgage facility offered by any lender facilitated by seniorscapital.com.
It is understood and agreed by the applicant that in no way whatsoever are seniorscapital.com responsible or liable for any mortgage product offered or supplied by any lender, broker or master broker.
It is agreed and understood by the applicant that seniorscapital.com do not offer mortgage advice, tax advice, financial advice, legal advice or make any recommendation in relation to any mortgage product offered by any lender, broker or master broker.
It is agreed and understood by the client that seniorscapital.com do not issue receipts, and that verification of bank transfers should be obtained from the issuing bank.
It is agreed and understood by the applicant that seniorscapital.com will not be held liable in any way whatsoever for any loss incurred by the applicant by way of contractual agreements with any lender, broker or master broker.
Draw Down and/or Completion is understood and agreed by the applicant to be the point at which the applicant receives mortgage facility funding from any lender facilitated by seniorscapital.com.
Mortgage facility is understood and agreed by the applicant to be the funding of any mortgage or re-mortgage offered by any lender facilitated by seniorscapital.com and subject to the terms & conditions contained within the lenders mortgage offer.
Exclusion of Liability
The following clauses exclude or limit our legal liability for this website and you should read them carefully. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall attempt to exclude liability for death or personal injury, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

Payments
It is understood and agreed by the applicant and persons or persons signing the payment contract that payment as shown on the mango mortgages.com invoice shall be remitted no later than seven days following the date of the invoice.
It is understood and agreed by the applicant or the person or persons signing the payment contract that it is their absolute responsibility to calculate and remit to Mr Lionel Mouncher two per cent of the total mortgage advance obtained on their behalf by seniorscapital.com or one thousand euros, whichever is the greater.
It is understood and agreed by the applicant and person or persons signing the payment contract that in the event of payment not being received after seven days following the date of the invoice issued by that seniorscapital.com or Mr Lionel Mouncher or any persons appointed by him to act on his behalf will be entitled to charge interest on the full outstanding amount owed on the last day of each consecutive month at a rate of eight per cent compounded and added to the total debt per month, to the applicant or person or persons having signed the payment contract.
It is understood and agreed by the applicant and the person or persons signing the payment contract that the costs of any proposed or actual legal action being deemed necessary by Mr Lionel Mouncher to retrieve any monies owed under the terms and conditions above, that Mr Lionel Mouncher or any persons appointed by him to act on his behalf will be entitled to charge interest on the full outstanding amount owed on the last day of each consecutive month at a rate of eight per cent compounded and added to the total debt per month, to the applicant or person or persons having signed the payment contract.
It is understood and agreed by the client and the person or persons signing the payment contract that if deemed necessary by Seniors Capital to instruct solicitors to retrieve monies owing to them, the minimum fee for instructing solicitors will be one thousand euroes.
Pagos
Se entiende y se acuerda por el solicitante y la persona o personas que firman el contrato, que el abono de la factura presentada por la gestión para la concesión de seniorscapital.com deberán ser dentro de los siete días siguientes a la fecha de la factura.
Se entiende y se acuerda por el solicitante o por la persona o personas que firman el contrato, que será de su absoluta responsabilidad, el calcular y remitir al Sr. Lionel Mouncher el dos por ciento del total de la hipoteca obtenida por parte de seniors capital.com o, en su caso un mil euros, cualquiera de las dos cantidades que resulte mayor.
Se entiende y se acuerda por el solicitante y por la persona o personas que firman el contrato que, en el caso de que el pago no fuera recibido dentro de los siete días siguientes a la fecha de la factura emitida por seniorscapital.com, seniorscapital.com o el Sr. Lionel Mouncher o cualquier otra persona autorizada por él, tendrá derecho a cargar al solicitante o persona o personas que han firmado el contrato de pago, un interés que será calculado el último día de cada mes adicionándose un ocho por ciento al total de la cantidad adeudada consecutivamente.
Se entiende y se acuerda por el solicitante y persona o personas que firman el contrato que los costes de cualquier acción legal emprendida por el Sr. Lionel Mouncher o cualquier persona designada por él para actuar en su nombre, será de cuenta y cargo del solicitante, y estará autorizado para cargar el interés de ocho por ciento del total de la cantidad adeudada el último día de cada mes consecutivo. Dicho importe será cargado al solicitante o persona que firme el contrato.
Se entiende y se acuerda por el solicitante y la persona o personas que firman el contrato,si esta considerado nesessario de parte de seniorscapital.com instruir un abogado para reclaimar el dinero debido, la minima cantidad de dinero para instruir un abagado sera mil euros.
